Gemini: Sessions That Are Idle For More Than 30 Minutes Are Not Disconnecting


After applying the Professional Services (PS) patch to disconnect idle sessions, you discover that idle connections are still not disconnecting due to 'keep-alive' signals sent by IVT terminal emulation sessions. 


The Gemini sub-version of oneSCM is handled by our PS Team. Contact your Account Manager for assistance.


  1. Apply the Macro "External Teams::Escalate ticket to BU (all brands)" and indicate that the client has applied the patch but is still experiencing sessions that are not properly disconnecting.
  2. Advise the client that their case has been forwarded to PS and that PS will contact them to resolve the issue.
