After applying the C20200927.zip Professional Services (PS) patch to disconnect idle sessions, you discover that idle connections are still not disconnecting due to 'keep-alive' signals sent by IVT terminal emulation sessions.

- Apply the Macro "External Teams::Escalate ticket to BU (all brands)" and indicate that the client has applied the C20200927.zip patch but is still experiencing sessions that are not properly disconnecting.
- Advise the client that their case has been forwarded to PS and that PS will contact them to resolve the issue.
